Our Story: The Real Tennessee Pride Apparel
Six generations. That's how long this family has called Tennessee home.
Tennessee Pride® was founded by a Nashville-born Tennessean whose family roots in this state run back [X generations / to the 1800s / whatever specific detail you can share]. The people who raised us worked hard, showed up, and took care of their own. They weren't famous. They were farmers, factory workers, musicians, nurses, and neighbors — the people who built Tennessee from the ground up while everyone else was looking somewhere else.
We started this brand because we got tired of Tennessee being someone else's tourist backdrop. The Smoky Mountains aren't a backdrop — they're home. Lower Broadway isn't a bachelor party destination — it's the sound of something real that was built over generations. And the people in the 95 counties between Memphis and Bristol aren't flyover — they're the whole point.

One more thing worth saying clearly: Tennessee Pride® Apparel and Tennessee Pride® Sausage are completely separate companies with no connection to each other. We're a Nashville-born clothing brand and that's all we've ever been. We respect what they do — we just make shirts, not breakfast.
