Apparel Returns & Replacements

Did you buy Tennessee Pride Sausage? If you have an issue with a food product (sausage, biscuits), please contact the grocery store where you purchased it or Conagra Brands directly. We are a clothing company and cannot help with food returns.
Our "Made-to-Order" Guarantee
All of our products are made especially for you once you place an order. To reduce waste and support sustainable manufacturing, every t-shirt is printed specifically for you. This means we don't hold inventory and cannot offer returns for sizing. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
Reporting Damaged Clothing
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with our production partner, Printful, to replace the item at no additional cost.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or the package is unclaimed, the order may be returned to our fulfillment center. In these cases, customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

International Returns
For international orders: If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it. However, we cannot refund original shipping costs or customs fees.
Final Note
We want you to love your purchase. While returns for sizing or preference cannot be accepted, we stand by the quality of our products and will make things right if there is an issue with your order.
